No.8857 of 2011\n                             SUDHIR RAI AND ANR.\n                                         Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.3.2011             Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioners are accused in a case under sections<\/p>\n<p>                341, 323, 307\/34 of the Penal to which section 302 I P.C. was<\/p>\n<p>                added later on.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          It is alleged by the informant that these petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                gave him five knife injuries as a result of which he sustained<\/p>\n<p>                lungs injuries.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that<\/p>\n<p>                fardbeyan of the informant was recorded after five days of the<\/p>\n<p>                occurrence and the victim died after 4 \u00bd months of the<\/p>\n<p>                occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          It would appear that after the incident the informant<\/p>\n<p>                was taken to Rajeshwar Hospital, Patna where he made his<\/p>\n<p>                fardbeyan.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.<\/p>\n<p>                          Call for carbon copy of the case diary of Chapra<\/p>\n<p>                Muffasil P.S.
