THE  ACCOUNTANT   GENERAL,  BIHAR,\n                   PATNA.\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   09.11.2010            Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, State as<\/p>\n<p>                   also the Accountant General.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to<\/p>\n<p>                   the revision of pension on account of revision of pay scale<\/p>\n<p>                   with effect from 1.1.1996. The monetary benefit of which is<\/p>\n<p>                   admissible with effect from 01.01.1997.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                   State submits that the claims of the petitioner shall be<\/p>\n<p>                   considered without delay as per law.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            In the above circumstances, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>                   pending claims as highlighted in this writ application,<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner proposes to file a representation before the<\/p>\n<p>                   respondent no. 3 with a copy to respondent nos. 2 and 5.<\/p>\n<p>                            In view of the above, in case such representation<\/p>\n<p>                   stating details of unpaid claims is filed by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of four weeks from today along with the<br \/>\n             certified copy of the present order as also the copy of the<\/p>\n<p>            relevant documents, if any, in support of the claim, the<\/p>\n<p>            grievances of the petitioner raised in the representation<\/p>\n<p>            shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>            preferably within a period of four months on receipt of<\/p>\n<p>            such representation so that the grievances of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>            may be settled to enable the petitioner to receive the<\/p>\n<p>            pensionary benefits on the revised scale.<\/p>\n<p>                    The writ application stands disposed of with the<\/p>\n<p>            above observations\/directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Jagdish\/-                  ( Shailesh Kumar Sinha,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Prabhu Lal Rai vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 9 November, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.18454 of 2010 PRABHU LAL RAI SON OF LATE MEWA LAL RAI RESIDENT OF VILLAGE HARSINGPUR LAUTAN P.O.
