SATISH PRASAD SINHA SON OF NOT NAMED, INCHARGE\n                 MEDICAL OFFICER, MORBA BLOCK DISTRICT SAMASTIPUR\n                                                          ...OPPOSITE PARTIES\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>7     22-09-2010               Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                     is present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   From paragraph 6 of the supplementary show<\/p>\n<p>                     cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party no.5, it transpires<\/p>\n<p>                     that the requisite fund amounting to Rs. 6, 26,300\/- has<\/p>\n<p>                     been sent to the Civil Surgeon, Samastipur vide cheque<\/p>\n<p>                     dated 15-9-2010 for payment of arrears to Central Health<\/p>\n<p>                     Visitors, that is, members of the petitioner- Association.<\/p>\n<p>                                   On behalf of Director-in-Chief and the State<\/p>\n<p>                     the court has been assured that Civil Surgeon,<\/p>\n<p>                     Samastipur shall make payment to the concerned persons<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        within four weeks from today. However, a prayer has<\/p>\n<p>        been made on behalf of the State that genuine members<\/p>\n<p>        of the petitioner- Association should contact the office of<\/p>\n<p>        Civil Surgeon, Samastipur with requisite papers at the<\/p>\n<p>        earliest, preferably, within two weeks from today.<\/p>\n<p>                  In view of aforesaid fair stand of the State and<\/p>\n<p>        opposite parties, this contempt application is finally<\/p>\n<p>        disposed of with a direction that the members of<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner- Association should contact the office of Civil<\/p>\n<p>        Surgeon, Samastipur with requisite papers within two<\/p>\n<p>        weeks from today and the Civil Surgeon shall ensure that<\/p>\n<p>        admitted dues of such members of the petitioner-<\/p>\n<p>        Association should be paid within four weeks from<\/p>\n<p>        today.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                              (Shiva Kirti Singh, J.)<br \/>\nBKS\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
