SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C)No.32970 OF 2008\n              ----------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 4th day of March, 2009\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner claims to have constructed a building in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with a building permit issued by the Municipality.<\/p>\n<p>Proceedings were initiated against the petitioner for alleging<\/p>\n<p>construction in violation of the Kerala Municipality Building Rules.<\/p>\n<p>In respect of the same, the petitioner submitted an application<\/p>\n<p>for regularisation of the construction which has been rejected by<\/p>\n<p>the Municipality.   Against the same, the petitioner submitted<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P12 revision before the 4th respondent, under the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>Municipality Building Rules. The petitioner would presently be<\/p>\n<p>satisfied with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext.P12 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>for the Kerala Water Authority as well as the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>appearing for the Municipality.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   I am of opinion that this writ petition can be disposed<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.32970\/08                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P12 revision submitted by the petitioner .<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P12 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a<\/p>\n<p>period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and respondents 1 and 3.         The petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>forward a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition to the 4th respondent for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
