JOSEPH, J.\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                          WRIT APPEAL No. 717 of 2008\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                         Dated this the 2nd day of April, 2008.\n\n                                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>H.L.DATTU, CJ,<\/p>\n<p>                The order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 21322 of<\/p>\n<p>2007 dated 21st of August, 2007 is the subject matter of this writ appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                2. The learned Single Judge has rejected the writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>                3. Petitioner claims that he is in possession of Shop Room No.6 in<\/p>\n<p>Block No.10 of the Shopping Complex of the first respondent Devaswom Board.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the shop had been allotted by the Board to the third respondent.<\/p>\n<p>It is his further case that the third respondent in turn has allotted the shop to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. Therefore, in the writ petition, the petitioner requests this court to direct<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 and 2 to execute a lease deed in favour of the petitioner in respect<\/p>\n<p>of shop bearing No.6 in Block No.10 of Shopping Complex of the Devaswom<\/p>\n<p>Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>                4. In our opinion, the learned Single Judge has rightly rejected the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition. We do not see any infirmity in the orders passed by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Single Judge.      Therefore, interference with the said order is not called for.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, while confirming the order passed by the learned Single Judge, we<\/p>\n<p>reject the writ appeal. Rejection of the writ appeal will not come in the way of the<\/p>\n<p>appellant\/petitioner approaching the Devaswom Board for appropriate reliefs.<\/p>\n<p>                Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                               H.L.
