Justice C.T.RAVIKUMAR\n\n Dated :21\/12\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n          KURIAN JOSEPH &amp; C.T.RAVIKUMAR, JJ.\n             -----------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C).No.35197 of 2009\n             -----------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 21st day of December, 2009\n\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>    The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:<\/p>\n<p>          &#8221; Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>    direction or order direction the respondents 1 to 3, to<\/p>\n<p>    render necessary police protection to the petitioner to do<\/p>\n<p>    the work of filing the 34.250 cents lands in Survey<\/p>\n<p>    No.769\/5B of Ramamangalam Village&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>    2.    We find that there is clearance for the same from<\/p>\n<p>    the RDO, Muvattupuzha as seen from Exts.P3 and P4.<\/p>\n<p>    There shall not be any obstruction for the construction<\/p>\n<p>    activity. In the unlikely event of such obstruction,<\/p>\n<p>    police shall render necessary assistance.
