\ntaluk, who lodged the complaint Ex.P1 stating mazeaieeisaga<\/p>\n
ae<::ide:r1t was caused by the KS1-"\u20ac'I'C bus which  <\/p>\n
the place of mad' em after hittingV.e'dIe–.   the  E<\/p>\n
P.W.2 Dayanand has been    s11ee\u00a7\u20ac\u00a7vifiii5S's'V:IVio.2;" V<\/p>\n
His evidence also clearly'  W\ufb01\ufb02e'~k\ufb01e1self and
\nthe ciweased were moving   the driver at' the<\/p>\n
said bus, by it   maxmer,<\/p>\n
clashed  eyes  the said accident.\n<\/p>\n
5. uimm  was falsely lodged and the<\/p>\n
charge s1_1_eetV “w%as  submitted by the gmlice<\/p>\n
   \u00e9river, the appeliant-Corporation could<\/p>\n
we  getting the FIR\/charge sheet quashed.<\/p>\n
   on record to show that any steps were<\/p>\n
_  by the appeHant~Corpora\u00a3ion in that regard. Therefore,<\/p>\n
  find any reasons to ilaterfezre with the findings’<\/p>\n
