S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis not clear as to why the applicant has sought for leave to appeal<br \/>\nagainst the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 29.6.2011 in<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application No.16108 of 2010 etc. If the applicant has<br \/>\nbeen prohibited from running a sugarcane juice stall, the applicant<br \/>\ncould have challenged the order by which he was prohibited. There is<br \/>\nnothing on the record to suggest that the learned Single Judge by<br \/>\naforesaid order passed any order to affect the livelihood  of the<br \/>\napplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, while we do not grant any leave to appeal against<br \/>\nthe said order, we make it clear that this order shall not stand in<br \/>\nthe way of the applicant to challenge the order by which he has been<br \/>\nprohibited from running sugarcane juice stall at Bus Depot, Valsad.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\ncivil application stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid order, no further order is required to be<br \/>\npassed in the Letters Patent Appeal.
