Kumar Bimal son of Shambhu Nath Thakur, resident\n             of village+ post Manori, P.S. Sonbersa, District-\n             Saharsa\n                             Versus\n                         STATE OF BIHAR\n                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.10.2010          Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf<\/p>\n<p>                 of    the   petitioners   and   the    learned    counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                        Petitioners are in custody in connection<\/p>\n<p>                 with   Simri   Bakhtiyarpur     P.S.   Case   No.348    of<\/p>\n<p>                 2009 for the offence punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                        Substance   of   allegation     as   against    the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners is of trying to secure employment<\/p>\n<p>                 on the basis of forge certificates.<\/p>\n<p>                        Learned counsel with reference to an order<\/p>\n<p>                 dated 3.8.2010 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 24265 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2010 placed at Annexure-2 of the application<\/p>\n<p>                 submits that in similar circumstances a Bench<\/p>\n<p>                 of this Court has granted anticipatory bail to<\/p>\n<p>                 two    other   co-accused   persons     namely,    Sadhna<\/p>\n<p>                 Rani and Manju Kumari @ Manju Devi whose names<\/p>\n<p>                 find place in the First Information Report.<\/p>\n<p>                         He thus submits that the case of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners being on same and similar footing,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          their prayer required consideration.<\/p>\n<p>                     Taking         into         consideration         the<\/p>\n<p>          circumstances and considering the submissions<\/p>\n<p>          of   the    learned    counsel,        let    the   petitioners<\/p>\n<p>          namely, Raman Kumar and Kumar Bimal be released<\/p>\n<p>          on   bail      upon       each    of     them       individually<\/p>\n<p>          furnishing      bail      bonds    of        Rs.10,000\/-    (ten<\/p>\n<p>          thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>          each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Simri<\/p>\n<p>          Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
