Binita Kumari, Daughter of Braj Nandan Singh.\n  All are residents of Village Mehian, PS Chapra Muffasil, District Saran at Chapra. --- Opposite\n  Parties.\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2      1.7.2011                         Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                            counsel appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                        The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                            5.10.2007 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                            Chapra in Complaint Case No. 2417 of 2004 (Trial No. 1549 of<\/p>\n<p>                            2007).\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        The Court below has rightly rejected the application<\/p>\n<p>                            under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the<\/p>\n<p>                            informant on the ground that the Court after going through the<\/p>\n<p>                            evidence of the four witnesses examined in this case found that<\/p>\n<p>                            there was no positive evidence against the other co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                            persons in this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        I see no reason to interfere with the order impugned.<\/p>\n<p>                                        This application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>         Sanjay                                                   ( Sheema Ali Khan, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Suman Devi vs State Of Bihar &amp; Ors on 1 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
