Desari, District Vaishali at Hajipur.\n                                                                   ---------- Petitioner\n\n                                           Versus\n            The State Of Bihar\n                                                                            -------- Opposite Party\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   12\/08\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with carbon<\/p>\n<p>                        copy of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner apprehends his arrest, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                        Sitamarhi P.S.
