The batch case is running<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        under the heading &#8216;for hearing&#8217; but it has come under the<\/p>\n<p>        heading &#8216;to be mentioned&#8217; as the appellant wants disposal of<\/p>\n<p>        the interlocutory application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    In view of the fact that the appeals are already<\/p>\n<p>        listed for hearing, we are not inclined to allow the prayer for<\/p>\n<p>        bail, though appellant Guddu Rai has remained in custody for<\/p>\n<p>        7 \u00bd years.
