NO. 18678 OF 2008 W\n                  --------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 16th July, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:<\/p>\n<p>           &#8220;i)   Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari<\/p>\n<p>     calling for the records leading to Ext.P1 in so far as it<\/p>\n<p>     relates to the direction to reassess under LT VIIA for<\/p>\n<p>     a period of one year and Ext.P2 bill issued thereunder<\/p>\n<p>     and to quash the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>           ii)  Issue a writ declaring that the direction<\/p>\n<p>     contained in Ext.P1 to reassess the petitioner under<\/p>\n<p>     LT VIIA is bad, without authority of law and without<\/p>\n<p>     considering the object of the use of the vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>           iii) Issue a writ declaring that the incidental use<\/p>\n<p>     of the equipments for the repair or maintenance of the<\/p>\n<p>     school vehicles and the consumption of electrical<\/p>\n<p>     energy thereunder will not make the consumption as<\/p>\n<p>     different from the consumption for which the same has<\/p>\n<p>     been provided by the Board.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also<\/p>\n<p>the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent<\/p>\n<p>Electricity Board.    It is pointed out by the learned standing<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC.18678\/08 W                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>counsel that Ext.P2 can be treated as a provisional bill under<\/p>\n<p>Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and it is open to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to file objections to the same, and a decision can be<\/p>\n<p>taken. In the light of the said submission, the Writ Petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of as follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>      Petitioner is granted ten days&#8217; time from today to file<\/p>\n<p>objection before the fourth respondent and a decision will be<\/p>\n<p>taken by the fourth respondent considering the objections in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being<\/p>\n<p>heard to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of the objection. Till such time as a decision is<\/p>\n<p>taken, there will be no disconnection.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       K. M.
