The matter has been heard and stands posted for this<\/p>\n<p>day for final disposal.      In these circumstances, the learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner submits that no further directions are<\/p>\n<p>necessary in this Crl.M.C and the same can be closed. Request<\/p>\n<p>is accepted.
