Learned Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\n\tservice. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has<br \/>\n\tto join as a Trainee in ICICI Bank. Applicant has produced letters<br \/>\n\tof appointment and other related documents. On the basis of such<br \/>\n\tdocuments, applicant seeks deletion of following condition contained<br \/>\n\tin order dated 24.12.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.<br \/>\n\t15318 of 2010, which reads as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Considering<br \/>\n\tthe submissions made and considering that the petitioner is a young<br \/>\n\tboy, such conditions are deleted, however, with a rider that he<br \/>\n\tshall not leave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the<br \/>\n\tCourt.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\twould be open for the respondent to verify the documents produced by<br \/>\n\tthe applicant on record. However, till the returnable date, the<br \/>\n\tapplicant would be allow to leave the State of Gujarat.
