Heard       learned    counsels        for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The     petitioner     is    languishing        in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody       since      01.09.2010        in     a     case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and<\/p>\n<p>                   35 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             From        possession      of        petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   partially     manufactured      country     made      pistol<\/p>\n<p>                   and other equipments for manufacturing arms<\/p>\n<p>                   were recovered.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for the petitioner that the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                   earlier implicated in two cases in 2001 and<\/p>\n<p>                   2004 thereafter he has not been implicated<\/p>\n<p>                   in any other case and recovery is from the<\/p>\n<p>                   joint property of petitioner and his father<\/p>\n<p>                   and his father has been granted bail as it<\/p>\n<p>                   appears from the impugned order also.<\/p>\n<pre>                             Considering           the             aforesaid\n\n                   submissions,       let    the   petitioner,           above\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                   named, be released on bail in connection<\/p>\n<p>                   with   Town     P.S. Case No.        128 of 2010         on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing       bail    bond   of    Rs.10,000\/-(Ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Thousand)   with     two    sureties   of   the     like<\/p>\n<p>        amount   each   to    the    satisfaction      of   the<\/p>\n<p>        learned C.J.M, Darbhanga.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nU.
