The State of Bihar\n                                      ****\n<\/pre>\n<p>\/3\/     15.07.2008              Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                2. Initially the case was registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     304B\/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which there is specific<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation against this petitioner, Kusum Devi, and the<\/p>\n<p>                     husband of the victim, namely, Manoj Kumar. Counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner submits that charge sheet has been submitted<\/p>\n<p>                     under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and in the case<\/p>\n<p>                     diary there are materials to show that Kusum Devi and<\/p>\n<p>                     Manoj Kumar had played vital role dragging the victim to a<\/p>\n<p>                     situation in which either she was burnt and committed<\/p>\n<p>                     suicide.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                3. Considering this fact, the prayer for anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>                     bail, on behalf of the petitioner, Kusum Devi, in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Kateya P.S. Case No. 85 of 2007 (G.R.
