P1 notice on the basis<\/p>\n<p>of which the goods were detained by the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p>It is mentioned that the goods have been sold to a<\/p>\n<p>person  at  Thodupuzha   and   the  goods   were  being<\/p>\n<p>transported to the consignee at Kavana near Vazhakulam.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner  submits  that  the   consignee  is  also  a<\/p>\n<p>registered dealer and he has a branch office at Kavana<\/p>\n<p>and that the goods were being transp;orted to the<\/p>\n<p>Branch.    Petitioner  also   makes  reference  to  the<\/p>\n<p>delivery note which mentions the place to which the<\/p>\n<p>goods were transported.\n<\/p>\n<p>    2. In the light of these documents, prima facie, I<\/p>\n<p>am satisfied that the goods need to be released to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.   This is for the added reason that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is also a registered dealer, so that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents are not prejudiced by such release of the<\/p>\n<p>goods.
