BASANT, J.\n\n                -------------------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C) NO.6484  OF 2007-V\n\n                -------------------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 12th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The      learned   Public   Prosecutor                 submits   that<\/p>\n<p>investigation   has  made  much  headway.     It  is  submitted   that<\/p>\n<p>the   vehicle   as   also   the   offender   have   been   identified.       The<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor  submits that the final report shall<\/p>\n<p>be   filed   within   a   period   of   one   month.       I   am,   in   these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances,     satisfied   that   no   further   directions   are<\/p>\n<p>necessary.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.       This   writ   petition   is,   in   these   circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>dismissed with the observation that the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>shall file the final report before the court concerned within a<\/p>\n<p>period   of   one   month   from   this   day   under   intimation   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   whose   options     available   under   law   to   challenge<\/p>\n<p>such   final   report   shall   remain   unfettered   by   the   dismissal   of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                               Sd\/-<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n                                                   (R.
