Application No. 10724 of 2010 dated<br \/>\n29.9.2010. As per the said order, the applicant was required to<br \/>\nreport before the I.O. on 5.10.2010 between 11 to 2 p.m. However, as<br \/>\nstated in the application, due to illness of the mother, he has not<br \/>\nbeen able to report.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard learned advocate Mr. Jain for M\/s. SV Raju Associates for the<br \/>\napplicant and learned APP Mr. Nanavati, the court is of the opinion<br \/>\nthat the interest of justice would be served if the time to report is<br \/>\nextended till 15.10.2010. The applicant shall report as per the oder<br \/>\nbefore the I.O. of the concerned police station without fail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthe application stands allowed.
