The\n\nDeptggty Comrnlissioner has a\ufb02irmed the order passed by\n\n theAssdistatit-._Commissioner and as such the petitioner\n\n  aggrieved by the said orders.\n\ngt\n\n,\n'v\n\n\n\n4. While assailing the said orders, it is contended\n\nthat firstly, the appeal filed before the Assistant\n\nCommissioner was hopelessly barred by \n\naspect of the matter has not been advertled  ilt .A\n\nfurther contended that in any e'-\u00bb;.IJen\u00bbtl_,:\"1}--#\u00a7._5t-:r1\" \n\ndid not have locus--standi to questio_n'~-the grant \n\nwas neither an applicant    other\nright in respect of '   is Hllurther the\ncontention of the petitioner   matter was\nconsidered  l_R\u20acVg1,1la,r'isalloh'lcointnittee, the sketch\nand the   been noticed and a\nmahaz\u00e9ar uras also placed before the\ncornrnitteel  said records. the committee\n\nhas\u00e9ggranted \"*t.hl_elregularisation. In this regard, as\n\nVZagainsts\"l:the'\u00ab.._Vsaid contention, before the Assistant\n\n was contended that the land in\n\nquestion 'Was being utilised by the 5'~'h respondent as<\/pre>\n<p>  itvvwas also contended that it is a forest land. The<\/p>\n<p>l<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>beyond the lands granted to the petitioner and therefore<\/p>\n<p>the land in question was being used as a road. Even on<\/p>\n<p>this aspect of the matter, the Assistant <\/p>\n<p>has not made detailed consideration to___&#8217;in.dicAate the _ 2 <\/p>\n<p>location of the land to come to the jvsagidilgcionehgslion,&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>However, ultimately, the Assistant C&#8217;.ommiVssioner:&#8217;;has <\/p>\n<p>come to the conclusion thatlth:e1se_lands&#8211; in&#8217;ijue&#8217;stion are<br \/>\npart of the forest  putforth<br \/>\nby the petitioner has  covnslildpelfation, but has<br \/>\nbeen decided:   ground, even<br \/>\nthough  such contention<br \/>\nby initiLatinl.gst;gkrnotuliptoceedings.
