The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is permitted to file an IA seeking permission to continue with<\/p>\n<p>the construction subject to the result of the appeal. If any such IA is<\/p>\n<p>filed before the Tribunal, the Tribunal will pass early orders on that<\/p>\n<p>application. Orders as directed above will be passed at the earliest and<\/p>\n<p>at any rate within three weeks of registering the appeal.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n                                          PIUS C.
