The present application is allowed. The<br \/>\napplicant-convict is enlarged on bail on his furnishing a solvent<br \/>\nsurety of Rs. 5000\/- and personal bond of the like amount on usual<br \/>\nterms and on the following further conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>(1)\tThat<br \/>\nthe applicant-convict shall not leave the territory of the State of<br \/>\nGujarat without permission of this Court;\n<\/p>\n<p>(2)\tThat<br \/>\nthe applicant-convict shall not involve himself in such or similar<br \/>\noffence hereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nthe meanwhile, the substantive sentence shall remain under<br \/>\nsuspension. Bail bond before the trial Court. Rule is made absolute<br \/>\naccordingly.
