To Sr. S.C.II\n                                         ------\n\n4\/ 15.03.2011<\/pre>\n<p>             The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the appeal is<br \/>\n                pending against the impugned punishment order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The surprise part is that the appeal is pending since 2002 and now we are<br \/>\n                running in the year 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The learned counsel for the State wants time to seek instruction in the<br \/>\n                matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Prayer is allowed. The learned State counsel will file the result of the<br \/>\n                appeal within three weeks from today as the matter is very old one.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Post this matter on 7th April, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          In the case the appeal has been disposed of and the reason for delay in<br \/>\n                disposing of the appeal by respondent No.3 has not been filed before this Court<br \/>\n                by the next date, the respondent No.3 will appear in person.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                          (J.C.S.
