Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :07\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                                 S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                          ==================\n                     W.P.(C).Nos.25355 &amp; 27551 of 2010\n                          ==================\n                  Dated this the 7th day of September, 2010\n                                 J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioners in these two writ petitions are the employees of the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent co-operative society. Against some alleged illegalities committed<\/p>\n<p>by the management, the petitioners and others conducted a token strike, on<\/p>\n<p>the basis of which, disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners and others and they were suspended. However, later on, the<\/p>\n<p>scheduled tribe employees among those who participated in the strike were<\/p>\n<p>ordered to be reinstated. The petitioners submit that in the matter of<\/p>\n<p>suspension, the respondents cannot take different yardsticks and, on the<\/p>\n<p>basis that some of them are scheduled tribe employees, a different treatment<\/p>\n<p>cannot be meted out to them. However, the petitioners now seek a direction<\/p>\n<p>to the respondents to complete the proceedings initiated by their suspension<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
