SAHAI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate<\/a>\n: 11\/02\/2011  \n \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\ncorpus and respondent No.4 are produced before us by the police<br \/>\nauthorities. Respondent No.4 is aged 27 years and is working as a<br \/>\nSales Executive with the HDFC Bank. Without dispute, the corpus is<br \/>\naged 20 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tWe<br \/>\nhave talked to the corpus. She states that she left her parental<br \/>\nhouse on her own volition with respondent No.4 and during the<br \/>\ninterregnum period, they have entered into a wedlock. The marriage is<br \/>\nregistered. On specifically being put, she says that she wants to go<br \/>\nand stay with Vikram Pratapbhai Gohil-respondent No.4 and that she<br \/>\ndoes not want to go and stay with her parents nor does she want to<br \/>\nhave a dialogue with her parents, at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\ncorpus has attained majority. She has expressed her will and desire<br \/>\nto stay with respondent No.4, who happens to be her husband. Under<br \/>\nthe circumstances, the petition cannot be entertained and stands<br \/>\ndismissed. The corpus is free to go with respondent No.4.
