HEMA, J.\n           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                           B.A. No. 5980 of 2008\n           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n             Dated this the 30th day of September,2008\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2. The alleged offences are under sections 466, 468, 471 read<\/p>\n<p>with section 34 IPC and section 12B of Indian Passport Act. Petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>the 1st accused in the crime. He was arrested on 29-8-2008. Learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no objection in granting bail on<\/p>\n<p>conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.
