Shri Shyam\n\nToshniwal     accepts        notice       on   behalf       of   all   the\n\nrespondents. As such the service is sufficient.\n\n\n\n            Looking     to    the     fact     that   the    controversy\n\ninvolved in this petition for writ is no more res\nintegra in view of the judgment of this Court in the\n\ncase of <a href=\"\/doc\/49526488\/\">Smt. Vishnu Kunwar v. State of Rajasthan &amp;\n\nOrs., SBCivil Writ Petition No.8796\/2008,<\/a> decided on\n\n21.11.2008, this petition for writ is heard finally at\n\nthis stage.\n\n\n\n            The    issue        regarding         determination         of\n\nteaching experience          for    the    period     of    leave   beyond\n\ncontrol of the aspirant for appointment to the post of\n\nPrabodhak has already been decided by this Court in\n\nthe case of Vishnu Kunwar(supra). The same issued is\n\ninvolved in this petition for writ.\n                               2\n\n\n\n            Hence, this petition for writ is allowed in\n\nlight of the judgment referred above.
