No.44573 of 2010\n                          GOVIND ROY, SON OF RAM NARESH ROY\n                                            Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    24.01.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                    as learned Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                    Sections 357, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Allegedly, petitioner along with two other<\/p>\n<p>                    accused were caught by the villagers with stolen articles on the<\/p>\n<p>                    alleged date of occurrence but admittedly, the alleged recovery<\/p>\n<p>                    has been made by the villagers and not by the Police and<\/p>\n<p>                    subsequently, the seized articles were produced before the<\/p>\n<p>                    Police by one Ganesh Prasad Rai, who happens to be co-<\/p>\n<p>                    villager of the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering      the    aforesaid    facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties above<\/p>\n<p>                    named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri<\/p>\n<p>                    Krishna Gopal, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dalsingh Sarai<\/p>\n<p>                    in connection with above stated Vidyapati Nagar P.S.
