MADHUBANI.\n                               Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5.   2.7.2010.             At the time of argument, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the petitioner produced certified copy of order<\/p>\n<p>                 dated   24.6.2010      passed    in    Cr.   Misc.    No.16567     of<\/p>\n<p>                 2010. Keep it on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Perused the report send by the Additional<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions Judge, F.T.C.II, Madhubani, which is kept<\/p>\n<p>                 at flag &#8216;C&#8217;. The report shows that in this case,<\/p>\n<p>                 charges have already been framed on 19.3.2010 and<\/p>\n<p>                 summons have been issued against the witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>                           A prayer for bail of this petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                 earlier rejected on second occasion by order dated<\/p>\n<p>                 4.3.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31271 of 2009. The<\/p>\n<p>                 prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on<\/p>\n<p>                 4.3.2010 on the ground that petitioner&#8217;s prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                 bail    was    earlier    rejected     on    23.4.2009     vide   Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                 Misc. No.5692 of 2009, since there was no change in<\/p>\n<p>                 the    circumstances.      While      rejecting     bail   of     this<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner by order dated 4.3.2010, it was observed<\/p>\n<p>                 that petitioner will be at liberty to renew his<\/p>\n<p>                 prayer for bail after framing of the charges.<\/p>\n<p>                           In    this     case,   charges     have    already      been<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        framed. However, during this period, one of the co-<\/p>\n<p>        accused,    namely,   Muneshwari    Devi    approached    this<\/p>\n<p>        Court for grant of bail vide Cr. Misc. No.16567 of<\/p>\n<p>        2010, which was allowed on 24.6.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                   In view of the changed circumstance as well<\/p>\n<p>        as in view of the fact that co-accused has already<\/p>\n<p>        been granted privilege of bail, there is no reason<\/p>\n<p>        to deny the prayer for bail in respect of this<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner.     Accordingly,       prayer    for   bail     is<\/p>\n<p>        allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Let the petitioner above named be released<\/p>\n<p>        on bail on his furnishing bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>        thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>        to the satisfaction of A.D.J.\/F.T.C. 2nd, Madhubani<\/p>\n<p>        in Madhepur (R.S. Shivir) P.S. Case No.225 of 2007<\/p>\n<p>        on the same terms and conditions, which have been<\/p>\n<p>        imposed in Cr. Misc.
