No.               The information sought.                        The PIO replied.\n1.       The wall &amp; stairs has been demolished inside The action has been taken by Sec-343 &amp;\n         the first floor on 13-12-2008 by which rules and 344 of the DMC Act, on the property no.\n         regulation by the department.                    B-2\/232, Sector-17, Rohini, New Delhi\n                                                          -110085.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nThe appellant is not satisfied with the PIO reply.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n\"The original application of the appellant reply given by the PIO and contents of appeal memo have\nbeen gone through. I find that the reply given by the PIO is correct.
