Raman, J:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     This    appeal          is      filed         against            the        judgment     dated<\/p>\n<p>06.04.2009, in W.P.(C) No.29487 of 2008. The matter pertains<\/p>\n<p>to   classification of educational institutions under LT VII A<\/p>\n<p>commercial tariff.          This Court has disposed of the connected<\/p>\n<p>cases, as per common judgment dated 17.08.2009, in W.A.No.<\/p>\n<p>1064 of 2009 and connected cases, in the following lines:<\/p>\n<p>                   &#8220;xx xx               xx         xx          xx       xx         xx<\/p>\n<p>                   22.         For the various reasons stated as<\/p>\n<p>           above, we declare that inclusion of Self<\/p>\n<p>           Financing Educational Institutions under LT VII<\/p>\n<p>           (A) as a commercial consumer is bad in law in<\/p>\n<p>           so far as such differentiation is not for any of<\/p>\n<p>           the grounds specified under Section 62(3) of<\/p>\n<p>W.A.No. 2460 OF 2009<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           the Act.    Accordingly, we allow all the Writ<\/p>\n<p>           Appeals and the Writ Petitions.      They will be<\/p>\n<p>           treated like falling under Tariff VI until any new<\/p>\n<p>           notification is issued in accordance with law&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>           In the light of the above judgment, extending the<\/p>\n<p>benefit of the judgment in W.A.No. 1064 of 2009 and connected<\/p>\n<p>cases to the appellant herein, who is similarly placed, this Writ<\/p>\n<p>Appeal is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        P.R.
