  towards Kiragavaiu on 26.10.2001 at 5.15<\/p>\n
 ‘=T’}:1e   driven in a rash and negligent manner by<\/p>\n
‘its gear the water tank caiied ‘\ufb01alklini kem’, it met<\/p>\n
 with  aecident. On account of the injuxies sustam’ ed in the<\/p>\n
b’ \u00e9ecident, the said Narayana died heaving behind his<\/p>\n
” \u00e9\ufb01ether as the eniy legal heir. The mather preferred a claim<\/p>\n
 ”   the  negligent driving by the driver of the<\/p>\n

Aggrieved by the same, the appellant is before this Court. \\\/<\/p>\n
