Siri Jagan, J.\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                       W.P(C) No.2041 of 2011\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n               Dated this, the 28th day of January, 2011.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner&#8217;s mother, who was in the service of the respondents,<\/p>\n<p>died on 29.3.2004.       The petitioner has filed this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>complaining that the DCRG amount of Rs. 33816\/- due to the mother<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner has not been disbursed to her legal heirs yet.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I directed the learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent<\/p>\n<p>to get instructions in the matter. He today submits that the death<\/p>\n<p>certificate and legal heirship certificate produced by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>have been returned and the the petitioner was directed to execute an<\/p>\n<p>indemnity bond.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. I am not satisfied that the rules provide for any indemnity<\/p>\n<p>bond, once the death certificate and legal heir ship certificate are<\/p>\n<p>produced.    In this case, the petitioner has produced a certificate<\/p>\n<p>issued by the Administrator General under the Administrator General<\/p>\n<p>Act, 1963, which is as good as a succession certificate. That being so,<\/p>\n<p>the respondents cannot insist on any other document than the death<\/p>\n<p>certificate and the certificate from the Administrator General.<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the respondents to see that the DCRG due to late Smt. K.R. Sreelatha<\/p>\n<p>is disbursed to her legal heirs on production of the death certificate<\/p>\n<p>and the original of Ext. P3, within one month from the date of<\/p>\n<p>production of death certificate and original of Ext. P3. The claim of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner for interest is left open to be agitated in appropriate<\/p>\n<p>proceedings .\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/- S.
