Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                     statement of Jaimurat Kuar has been recorded under section 164 of<\/p>\n<p>                     the Cr .P. C in which she stated that deceased was shot dead.<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor points out that some<\/p>\n<p>                     space has been left by the Investigating officer in the statement of<\/p>\n<p>                     aforesaid witness Jaimurat Kuar.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In the aforesaid circumstances, let original copy of<\/p>\n<p>                     statement of Jaimurat Kuar recorded under section 164 of the Cr .P.<\/p>\n<p>                     C, be called for from the Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Sessions Trial no. 35\/2011 arising out of Kasma P.S.
