Case No. 22 registered under section-302\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Having considered this aspect of the matter that on<\/p>\n<p>                 similar situated fact, co-accused, Indradeo Mandal and<\/p>\n<p>                 Bindeshwari Mandal have already been granted privilege of<\/p>\n<p>                 bail, the petitioner, namely, Bhupendra Mandal is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Harpur P. S.
