State of A.P. reported in 2009(1)BCCR 153(SC).<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                          event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                          weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioners, namely, Arvind<\/p>\n<p>                          Singh, Manoj Singh, Munna Singh and santosh Singh @ Santosh<\/p>\n<p>                          Kumar Singh, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                          bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                          like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                          Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S.
