No.22157 of 2010\n                                          MANISH SINGH\n                                                  Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   14.07.2010           The petitioner being husband is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                    complaint case in which cognizance was taken under section 498A,<\/p>\n<p>                    406 IPC and 3\/ 4 of the D.P.
