has held that the prosecution. has not  <\/p>\n
beyond zeasonable doubt and acquitted both   <\/p>\n

6. PW-2 is Monnappa. He is a distant relative 9f the<\/p>\n
deceased who has siwcd E:-:.P~2 inquest ..<\/p>\n
conducted on the dead body of the deceased’  ~<\/p>\n
PW-3 Chondamma is the wife of ” ” V<\/p>\n
She has stated that immediately an 11t\u00a7arie;1g\u00ab’ee\u00bb1;’11e <\/p>\n
gun shot, she went to the seeI”xe_V of   ;;zt,\\\u00a7th;at  ;<\/p>\n
time, her husband had fallen  xygit\ufb01   on the
\nlower part of the  _ Sine   \u00e9hubhakar
\ninformed her that_ A~1 %1;.as;’e:ee_  ea her husband.
\nThereafter,  tee  to the hospital.<\/p>\n

\nalso   9\u00a3e\u00a7’ence at about 6.30 a.m.,

Immediatel\ufb02  -3 reached the spot , so also<\/p>\n

tt    PW–~8, PW–9 and PW-10 have turned hostile and they<\/p>\n
M    ttave not supported the case of the prosecution.<\/p>\n
12. PW-11 is the photographer who has wken the<\/p>\n
photos of the deadbody of Ganapathy. PW-12 Dr.<\/p>\n

 is; in' Working condition. He has further given<\/p>\n
 iev:ae\u00a7\u00a2g imi\u00e9ic the court that he has examincti the articles<\/p>\n
 of; worn by the deceased and also the Led pellets of<\/p>\n
 cartridge and opined that the said pellet could<\/p>\n
h\u00e9ive been \ufb01red by smooth bore \ufb01n: arm like M04. It is<\/p>\n

  the skin, 5 pciicts from lower part of<\/p>\n
ab&om,e:\u00a7.; zrpeuets from right thigh. 5 pellets Emm left thigh<\/p>\n
  auxin a1$<')\u00a2 pellets from other parts of the stomach and 12<\/p>\n
   in around the small intestine. She has further<\/p>\n
   that MO-1 gun could cause the said injuries and<\/p>\n
the death is due to gun shat.\n<\/p>\n
