No.7514 of 2011\n                                  KRISHNA KUMAR MANDAL\n                                                Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02        28.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                     It would appear from perusal of the record that<\/p>\n<p>                       earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this<\/p>\n<p>                       Court vide order dated 14.01.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21734<\/p>\n<p>                       of 2010 with direction to the learned court below to conclude the<\/p>\n<p>                       trial of the petitioner preferably within nine months from the date<\/p>\n<p>                       of aforesaid rejection order. It appears that up-till-now the above<\/p>\n<p>                       stated period has not been exhausted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Accordingly, this bail petition in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                       Sessions Trial No. 868 of 2010 arising out of Terhagachh P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                       No. 04 of 2010, stands rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after<\/p>\n<p>                       completion of the period as mentioned in the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                       14.01.2011 passed in Cr. Misc.
