Learned       counsel    for   the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   is permitted to make necessary correction in<\/p>\n<p>                   the petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Heard     learned        counsels     for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The    petitioner       is   apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   41 and 42 of the Forest Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The     forest      officer    intercepted     a<\/p>\n<p>                   truck     with    wood     lodgs.      The    driver   and<\/p>\n<p>                   cleaner of the truck disclosed the name of<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner       that    he    had     prepared    forged<\/p>\n<p>                   permit and on the basis of which the wood<\/p>\n<p>                   logs were taken from the forest officer. It<\/p>\n<p>                   appears that the license is in the name of<\/p>\n<p>                   one Vijay Sharma and the petitioner is the<\/p>\n<p>                   labour of Vijay Sharma. It appears from the<\/p>\n<p>                   prosecution report that the alleged forged<\/p>\n<p>                   permit was in the name of M\/S. Sharma Saw<\/p>\n<p>                   Mill, Aurangabad whose proprietor was Vijay<\/p>\n<p>                   Sharma.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner, above named, be released on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        bail in the event of            arrest or      surrender<\/p>\n<p>        before    the    learned      court   below    within      a<\/p>\n<p>        period    of     twelve    weeks      from    today        in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Forest Act Case No. 01 of<\/p>\n<p>        2008 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount    each    to    the    satisfaction      of    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned   C.J.M.       Aurangabad,    subject     to   the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>U. K.
