Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :23\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                         S.SIRI JAGAN,J\n                  ================\n                    W.P.(C).No.30602 of 2006\n              ======================\n           Dated this the 23rd day of November, 2007\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to<\/p>\n<p>withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to the right of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to pursue arbitration proceedings in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>the agreement between the petitioner and the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent or to file a suit for damages if the petitioner is so<\/p>\n<p>entitled to.  The learned counsel for the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>points out that the petitioner has already invoked the arbitration<\/p>\n<p>proceedings.
