ANAND.\n\nPresent :   Mr. Arun Jain, Sr. Advocate with\n            Mr. Chetan Salathia, Advocate,\n            for the petitioners.\n\n            Mr. Aman Arora, Advocate and\n            Ms. Brij Bala, Advocate,\n            for respondent No.1.\n\n            Mr. Rajinder Goyal, Advocate,\n            for the applicants.\n\n\nS.D. Anand, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            On consensual basis, the petition is disposed of, with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the trial itself by or<\/p>\n<p>on 14.06.2009.     The matter is presently fixed for recording of<\/p>\n<p>evidence of the plaintiffs &#8211; petitioners on 06.04.2009. The plaintiffs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; petitioners shall conclude their evidence on 06.04.2009. If that is<\/p>\n<p>not feasible, they shall be entitled to only one adjournment<\/p>\n<p>thereafter. The defendants &#8211; respondents shall also entitle to two<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> C.R. 6543 of 2007                                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>adjournments for concluding their evidence. If any party is inclined<\/p>\n<p>to summon any official witness, it shall be entitled to take dasti<\/p>\n<p>summons but the non return or non-effecting of service thereof<\/p>\n<p>would not entitle that party to ask for any further adjournment.<\/p>\n<p>             The acknowledgment (of a copy of this order) issued by<\/p>\n<p>the concerned Judicial Officer shall be forwarded to the Registry of<\/p>\n<p>this Court. Learned District Judge shall himself maintain a tab to<\/p>\n<p>ensure that the case is disposed of by afore-mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p>             Disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>March 26, 2009                                  ( S.D.
