No.15173 of 2011\n                        Bhushan Paswan son of Lakhan Paswan\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   26.07.2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                      offence under sections 147, 148, 149, and 302 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                      Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering that there is allegation that three persons<\/p>\n<p>                      fired at the deceased and correspondingly fire arm injury were found<\/p>\n<p>                      on the person of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    The Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                      fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>                      order to the Superintendent of Police (Rural), Patna, who is directed<\/p>\n<p>                      to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that<\/p>\n<p>                      there is no further delay in the trial.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>          JA\/-                                                     (Anjana Prakash,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Bhushan Paswan vs The State Of Bihar on 26 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
