P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Allegedly, alleged occurrence took place on 22.3.2010<\/p>\n<p>                    whereas written report was filed by the informant on 30.3.2010 and no<\/p>\n<p>                    explanation of the aforesaid delay has been given. It appears that there<\/p>\n<p>                    is land dispute between the parties prior to the institution of the<\/p>\n<p>                    present case.
