Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.At the time of final hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent brought to the attention of this Court, a letter written by the petitioner on 31.8.2005, stating that he has been given the benefit of regularisation and pay fixation therefore, the original application can be dismissed as infructuous.
