piilion rider in a motorcycle bearing <\/p>\n
91374, a Tata Sumo Car bearing re:g’i~~stration__ <\/p>\n
came in a rash and negligent manner.’amid’-\u00bb,,dashed’-against their
\nmotor cycle. As a result, he grievous
\ninjuries and st:ccumt3,ed._to  His wife, two
\nminor children  :ic:iaVi_mH’VVpetition before the
\nMACT, Bang’aior_e–,Aseeiafiii\ufb01igclomipenmtion of Rs.21,00,000\/~. The
\nTribunai hast’  of Rs.3,61,000\/- with<\/p>\n

 no dispute regarding the death of<\/p>\n
