No.17192 of 2010\n                                  SANJEET KUMAR\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      23.06.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     that petitioner is not a manufacturer rather selling the seized sattu in<\/p>\n<p>                     name of the Company i.e. Pragati Chana Sattu which is not observed<\/p>\n<p>                     injurious to health by Combined Food and Drug Laboratory,<\/p>\n<p>                     Agamkuan, Patna.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with G.O. 35 of 2010, above named petitioner shall be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhubani subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>                     down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
