RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n                 Bail Application No.504 of 2009\n                   ----------------------------------\n           Dated this the 26th day of February, 2009.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are the accused in Crime No.7 of 2008 of<\/p>\n<p>Chandera Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 452,<\/p>\n<p>506(i), 323, 324, 326, 427 and 498 (A) r\/w Section 34 I.P.C., seek<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and then to have their application for bail considered by<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioners shall<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the investigating officer on any day          between<\/p>\n<p>05.03.2009 and 06.03.2009 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material,      if any.
