Further,  since  settlement<\/p>\n<p>of timings could not be convened and a final decision is not taken,<\/p>\n<p>permit is not issued.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Learned   Government   pleader   submits   that   timing<\/p>\n<p>conference  will  be   held  and  the  matter  will  be   finalised  within  a<\/p>\n<p>period of two months. The same is recorded.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
